Is working with me a good fit for you?
As the noise of the world softens, tuning into your inner landscape becomes easier. This work is for people who long to feel more at home in themselves—not by striving or pushing harder, but by slowing down enough to listen. Through touch, rest, and embodied awareness, we create the conditions for your nervous system to settle and for your relationship with your body to deepen.
You don't need prior experience with bodywork or somatic practices to benefit from this work. This work welcomes both curiosity and uncertainty. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for before you arrive.
Each session includes an initial check-in, table time, and a closing debrief. My approach is thoughtful and paced around your comfort and capacity.
Why people work with me
People often come to this work to:
- feel more present and at ease in their bodies
- rebuild trust and safety with physical touch
- reconnect with sensation, pleasure, and aliveness
- explore what “yes” and “no” feel like in the body, support around boundaries and consent
- strengthen mind-body connection and interoception
- experience touch as nourishment rather than performance
- feel seen and met without judgment, expectation, or pressure
- explore how stress, emotions, or past experiences may be held in the body
- find relief from the pace and noise of everyday life
- navigating numbness, disconnection, or difficulty accessing desire
- seeking a more spacious, conscious relationship to intimacy
This work may not be a good fit if:
-
you are seeking a guaranteed scripted outcome or two way interaction
-
you are unwilling to communicate openly about boundaries, comfort, and consent
-
you are not interested in a present, respectful, and intentional approach
